Ridin' at the MOA

The Nickelodeon amusement park inside the Mall is so cool, the girls love it. We are now doing family home evenings with a constant theme of everything in moderation...They don't realize that riding rides costs money and that we can't ride rides everytime we go there. Kind of a slow process teaching that concept.

The girls have had a great time going to museums, lakes and parks, and all sorts of other fun summer activities. The only tough part is I (dad) can't go with them. We work a ton out here, usually noon to dark, monday thru Saturday.

Hey Guys!! sounds like your having fun up there. I am sad that you won't be in utah when you have your baby, since I will be going up there to take care of terri and the kids. I would love to have seen you. I love the cute dresses that you girls have on (you too Cristine). Good luck!
Love ya,
Jaimee PS...Haven't you guys taught your kids that money does grow on trees :)Give them some seeds and tell them that when their tree grows big and the money grows on it then they can go and ride all the rides they want, but until then they will just have to be patient. Then oneday...tape or glue a dollar onto the branch...just to see them be surprised. But only glue one dollar and then while they are waiting for the next dollar to grow explain to them that this tree only produces 5 dollars total...just like your wallet. See if it works...or at least it will be stall time since they will be waiting for the money to grow. Anyway, good luck!!
Love,
Jaimee
